We've waited six
months but we are finally announcing...
I’M PREGNANT
Yes, six months pregnant...
This little lady has been growing inside my belly for the
past 24 weeks and experiencing all the changes have been insane. It’s fascinating
really, what our bodies can do! I am definitely not one of those women who love
pregnancy and think that it’s beautiful, no way! Getting myself into
shape and keeping a steady weight was something I worked hard to achieve over the years so
feeling like I have lost all control over my own body has been rough! In the
beginning I was seriously terrified… I searched for something I could do to keep me sane and decided that yoga and meditation would be a good start. I started practicing yoga daily, pushing myself to stretch a little further than the day before and challenging myself to try harder poses. This is something I feel totally comfortable doing while
being pregnant and I still get a great work out! Meditation can mean something
different for everyone, for me I wanted to find inner peace. I am still a beginner and have so much to learn but I am really enjoying everything I have gained so far.

I feel like the luckiest woman alive to have such a loving man by my side through all of this and can't wait to share the rest of my pregnancy with you!
